Do my clients use up team seats?
No. Team members are the people inside your agency. Clients and the people you invite to a client portal are never billed as seats.
What exactly is white-labeled?
Pro adds your agency logo and brand colors on the client portal. Scale removes LaunchBird branding and adds a custom client portal domain.
Can I upgrade later?

How do I cancel?
Cancel from your workspace settings at any time. There is no cancellation fee, and your workspace stays available through the end of the period you already paid for.
Does LaunchBird process my clients' payments?
No. LaunchBird creates and shares the invoice, tracks what has been paid and what is outstanding, and can point clients to the payment instructions or payment link you already use. Money moves wherever you collect it today.
